July is the best time to buy many different things. I have included a list of the top 7 items to buy in the month of July. (Don't forget the 4th of July sales!)
1. Furniture- Furniture is released in August and February, so during the month of July, furniture stores are trying to clear floor space for the new inventory.
2. Broadway tickets- July is a slow month in New York City. If you are visiting New York, it might be great time to buy some tickets online or stop by the TIXS booth in Times Square.
3. Suits- Spring fashions are being cleared out. Buy suits that will work throughout all seasons and you will be good to go.
4. Paint- Demand is low for paint. Who wants to paint during the month of July???
5. Butter- Prices are normally best for butter during June and July, however rumor has it dairy prices will continue to go up. But keep your eyes open when you head to the grocery store.

7. Soda, Beer, and Condiments- Independence Day sales are great for these items. Stock up now, as Coke has recently announced prices will be increasing!
